How do you collect and drop off my dog?
We will collect and return your dog from your home in a ventilated van. Clients usually give us a copy of their keys to access their house as we are DBS checked and are fully insured however if you would like to arrange a different way of collecting your dog then this can be arranged.
Do you walk dogs off the lead?
Generally yes, however if you would prefer we keep your dog on a lead we can. We also use 30ft training leads which alows them the freedom to run around whilst remaining safe.
How many dogs do you walk together?
On group walks the maximum we would walk is 6 however it is usually in packs of 3/4.

How does the booking process work?
You make your initial enquiry.
Both parties agree availability.
We meet for a consultation which gives us a chance to meet your dog and also you can see how your dog interacts with us.
We will arrange the logistics of how your dog will be collected and you can ask any further questions.
Your dog can enjoy their walks.
What happens in an emergency?
We will take details of your dog's vet before walking your dog in the event of an emergency. We will contact you immediately and take your dog to their vet or the nearest vet depending on the situation. We are Canine First Aid Qualified and equipped to deal with emergency situations should the case arise.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured by Cliverton which includes
Liability to animals in our care, custody or control
Loss of keys & replacement locks
When are you available to walk my dog?
Group walks are Monday to Friday at 10am & 1pm
Day care is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations of group walks/day care 48 hours notice is required to avoid charge. If your dog(s) will be absent for more than 1 week 14 days notice is required.
